Questions about offers and pricing

Is €99 the final price?

Numara Core starts at €99 per month and location. Your offer confirms the total price, including your locations, modules and agreed setup.

How are modules charged?

Modules are added to Numara Core as fixed monthly amounts. The amount depends on your number of locations; we tell you in the offer before you decide.

Which fees apply to online sales?

On top of the module fee, the payment provider’s fees and a small platform fee per payment. The money goes straight to your studio; numara holds no customer funds.

Are prices net?

Yes. numara is offered to businesses; all prices are plus statutory VAT.

How does onboarding work?

We set up classes, products, roles and locations with you, check the migrated data and walk your team through the workflows.
